Managing a $6 million budget, I develop project plans, oversee execution, and ensure adherence to FDA, GMP, and ISO regulations. I take pride in leading a team that enhances clinical outcomes and reduces patient discomfort. This role enables me to demonstrate my abilities in organizing large groups, resolving conflicts, and making timely decisions, especially while leading a team redesigning products to meet the new EU MDR requirements. Witnessing the impact of our work on patients' lives makes it truly rewarding.

As an engineering leader of a military jet engine development program, I honed my leadership skills while overseeing and mentoring a team of 60 engineers. I ensured government customer satisfaction by guiding the technical planning and organizing a large cross-functional team, delivering design reviews and hardware to the U.S. Air Force on time and within the cost projections. Managing complex projects and solving technical issues with our government customers developed my leadership and communication skills. Our STEM outreach team enabled me to inspire the next generation; witnessing students' faces light up with excitement during hands-on activities was always a highlight.
